I can’t thank enough Julio, Layne, Tony, Jose, Gavin, Juan, and rest of the team at [PNW Pool & Concrete Design] for this pool/spa/decking remodel being such an unforgettable project experience. I did extensive research finding about 6 leaders in the industry and it started with a simple phone call with Julio and he was very intentional, engaging and happy to meet and consult with us which I didn’t get that with any other call. Meeting both Julio and Layne and seeing they were enthusiastic, passionate, professional and overall had the best communication of them all mirrored that same feeling I got on the phone and throughout the whole process of our project. Not only did Julio and Layne stand out during this process they have and still continue to be extremely responsive and reliable with all of my inquiries and needs. I had a lot of questions and concerns about the existing cracked 70’s swamp of a pool we had. The consult was structured with scope of work, detailed pictures, models, materials, options and they were a dynamic duo together with very contagious energy. We weren’t sure this was a reality for us but they were confident, listened to our needs, they gave us peace of mind and most importantly they worked within our budget which made this whole process possible!! They EXCEEDED our dreams in so many ways. This whole team is full of knowledgeable hard working men that love what they do and it shows in their attention to detail on every step of the process. They are not just a pool company they are truely good hearted individuals. I enjoyed seeing all the same faces on this project. No subcontracted projects. It’s very apparent this team is appreciated, motivated and they help each other get the job completed and they enjoy working together. They embody a close family and was really special to be a small part of and witness their bond. In all honesty I can speak on their character and how great they are but the most important thing is the quality of work and art they create from the demo/plumbing/rebar to shooting the concrete, the lines they create to look like real rock, embossed stamp work, staining, equipment install and much more is UNDOUBTEDLY second to none and the photos speak for themselves. Being that my husband was once in cement, he recognizes quality craftsmanship and there’s no better feeling knowing they met and went above and beyond his standards. This was one of the biggest and best highlights of our lives and happy they let us be so involved and can’t wait to share with our family, friends, and our extended family. We are grateful to have Julio, Layne and their wonderful team to thank for that. I’m very happy to carry on working with this team for all our maintenance and service needs pertaining to our new oasis!

Julio and Layne did an amazing job. They are equal parts contractors and artists. I wasnt sure how it would translate from model to finished product, but it turned out exactly the way we wanted. I did some concrete work when I was young (definitely never a pool), just enough to know what good construction looks like, and know they did an amazing job. I work in the city and am very particular....so they sent me photos at every milestone so nothing would be 'covered up' before I could see it. But the best part of the construction process for my family was how much you could tell they love their work. The whole crew showed up every day to work hard and have fun....they gel really well as a team and it was fun to watch.

Layne and Julio at Pacific Northwest Pools and Concrete Design truly brought our vision to life. They took the time to listen to our ideas and turned them into a stunning reality. We couldn’t be happier with our custom pool and spa, along with the beautifully crafted walkways and patio that lead to and from our outdoor kitchen and bar. Thanks to their thoughtful design process that included our entire family, we now have the staycation of our dreams. Our kids and all of us, can’t get enough of it!
