I am super impressed with Flatmint :)
I spent a couple of hours in email and phone conversation with Will before signing on and find him to be extremely responsive, detail oriented and professional which I attribute in part to his background as a real estate broker. He brings instincts and values that match my own desire to offer my "high end" Green Lake rental home in a high-quality, responsive, easeful and Seattle-rental-law-compliant way.
Until finding Flatmint, I refused the absurd fees and 'all or nothing' approach of traditional property management companies. I love Flatmint's flexibility and reasonable pricing. I think they are very much onto something that has the potential to disrupt the sclerotic property management business and I wish them all success :)

Flatmint (William and team) are doing a fantastic job managing my rental units in Seattle, WA. I am very happy with their work. They assist with finding tenants, including marketing properties, showing units, screening applicants, and managing leases. They handle the entire leasing process from start to finish. They also provide ongoing support, such as handling maintenance requests and serving as a point of contact for tenants. Flatmint has gone beyond my expectations so far. Weve been working with Flatmint since April and continue to be impressed. Theyre reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and always friendly. Our primary property manager, Will, is especially great hes quick to respond, communicates clearly, and always makes sure things get done right.When we moved, we had to leave town before all the house repairs were finished, and Flatmint handled everything seamlessly. Will and Katherine coordinated the work, kept us in the loop, and sent photos once everything was complete. It all looked great, and we really appreciated the peace of mind.We would highly recommend Flatmint if youre looking for a property management team you can count on!
