Our Condominium HOA Board hired Adam (Rent Positive) to manage our property a little more than a year ago. They have done an excellent job reorganizing our finances, particularly with regard to our reserve fund. Also, they have been very responsive to any problems arising in the owners' units and common areas. As president of the HOA, I received many positive comments about Adam's willingness to address problems regardless of gthe day or time. My overall rating would be a solid A.Oct 23, 2019Rent Positive's reply
Thank you Dean, It is a pleasure to work with you and your members. Adam
I have been using Rent Positive for about three years. Adam and his team do an amazing job managing my property. I had looked at using other companies, but his professionalism and the value that his team brings are second to none. He always finds quality renters that pay on time. Highly recommended.Oct 23, 2019Rent Positive's reply
Thank you Brad
Rent Positive (and Adam in particular) have been great to work with as a tenant. They were incredibly friendly and helpful from our initial call to look at the property through the full rental process, and they have continued to quickly address issues and be very helpful for the last four months of us renting. Most property management is just a buffer for the landlord and usually does not add anything to the tenant experience. Adam and his team are a personal connection and do a lot to make sure it's a very positive experience on the tenant side as well. Highly recommend!Oct 26, 2019Rent Positive's reply

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Generally we try and work electronically as much as possible. email, client portal, video conferencing. Our goal is to be efficient in all aspects of managing a client's property or helping them find a place to live.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in real estate, real estate development, construction, real estate appraisal, mortgage banking, software development and property management over the course of my 30+ year career. During the economic downturn I was hired as an expert witness both in Federal court and State courts. Have been the President of the homeowners association I live in as well as manage other associations. During the course of my career, I have undergone continuing education in my home state of Washington and many others where I was licensed as a mortgage banker. With such a well rounded property related career, I am usually able to see a situation from all angles, and consequently provide a more thorough answer to my clients questions.
