Three levels of pricing depending on the services you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we try and work electronically as much as possible. email, client portal, video conferencing. Our goal is to be efficient in all aspects of managing a client's property or helping them find a place to live.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in real estate, real estate development, construction, real estate appraisal, mortgage banking, software development and property management over the course of my 30+ year career. During the economic downturn I was hired as an expert witness both in Federal court and State courts. Have been the President of the homeowners association I live in as well as manage other associations. During the course of my career, I have undergone continuing education in my home state of Washington and many others where I was licensed as a mortgage banker. With such a well rounded property related career, I am usually able to see a situation from all angles, and consequently provide a more thorough answer to my clients questions.
