After many years of self-managing our family- owned commercial properties, my brother and I turned the property management responsibilities over to Mike Todd. We couldn't be more pleased! He is professional in working with us and our tenants and attentive to matters that arise for both the properties and the tenants. The accounting reports that are produced monthly are comprehensive and timely and we're sent copies of the bank account statements as well. With Mike's expertise in property management, my brother and I both agree that hiring Mike Todd was the best decision ever.
