- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with buyers at no additional cost to the buyer, because the listing agent will normally give me a portion of their commission. For sellers who plan to sell their home and purchase a new home, I offer a discount as a way to say thank you for your trust in both transactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll sit down for an initial face-to-face meeting to discuss your needs, how I work, and the process of either buying or selling your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Real Estate Broker licensed in the state of Washington, a member of REALTOR, and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). I also have a degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science but I suppose that's less relevant 😂
