I've purchased homes in NY, LA & most recently Seattle, and Erica was by the far the best Real Estate Professional I ever had the pleasure of working with. She is professional, knowledgeable, passionate and honest. Great attention to detail and does her homework. She loves her job and she is fantastic at it! My bf and I had been looking for homes in Seattle for quite some time and Erica was with us every step of the way. She is patient, listens to your want and needs and is proactive in searching for homes for you. She accompanied us to view close to 100 homes and still had a smile on her face at the end of the day. She connected us to inspectors and insurance companies and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of home purchasing. Erica has very strong negotiation skills, as well as building rapport with those around her. I had full trust in her when closing on our house. She landed us our dream home and beat out 4 our offers! We met Erica at an open house during our first day of house hunting where she gave us a first time home buyers folder. A few months later when we were ready to start seriously looking for homes she was there. She took her time explaining all the aspects of home buying and had referrals to mortgage companies and inspectors who were all amazing. She utilizes Redfin which was really helpful keeping track of all the homes we were looking at. She helped us through a very intense offer that was unsuccessful and then COVID hit. We put house hunting on hold. Erica was never pushy, but when we saw a home we couldn't pass up she was there. We made an offer and it was accepted! We had an amazing first time home buying experience thanks to Erica. She was never pushy, but always there when we needed her. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home and especially first time home buyers.

I had an excellent experience working with Erica to determine my ideal first home purchase (and learning about some the technical aspects of residential real estate). As a first-time homebuyer, I appreciated the time she took to explain all aspects of the process to me and her in-depth knowledge of the forms and contracts that I’d eventually come across. We were able to simplify my home selection process through an intuitive system that Erica had developed, which significantly narrowed the scope of properties based on my input and price range. This saved me quite a bit of time, especially during walkthroughs, since I always knew in advance what properties met my criteria. Overall, Erica made the home buying process stress free and fun. She was very personable and was always responsive to all my questions. I’d highly recommend Erica to any potential homebuyers in the Seattle area, especially if you are a first-time buyer, like I was.

Erica is an absolute delight! We were very particular about our home, but it never annoyed her one bit. She was so patient and understanding the entire time. To be honest, I would have gotten frustrated after the 15th showing. Not Erica! She was just as optimistic and cheerful on the 50th viewing as she was the first! We struggled through Covid restraints and houses being bid up $250,000+, but she always assured us we’d find the perfect house eventually. That turned out to be true! We are now the proud owners of an adorable home that fit our specifications to a T. I only have one regret: we don’t get to see Erica anymore! Our house viewings were always so fun & entertaining. It never felt tedious. On the contrary, it felt like we were just hanging out with a good friend every weekend. I know Erica’s going to do great things in this business! I promise, you’ll be happy you hired her. :)

If real estate agents ever had a hall of fame, Erica would be the first inductee. She is the cream of the crop; and excels at every facet of the real estate game. We wanted to sell my brother's property last summer but were concerned we would lose money due to the renovations we put into the place. I reached to 3 or 4 real estate agents, and they all said the current market conditions wouldn't support the price we wanted to sell for. However, Erica was the only who followed up every few months giving us updates on the market. Finally in February, Erica let us know the market conditions would likely support a favorable price. But before listing, I was concerned about full-service brokers (who wants to pay 3% when there is a sea of 1% discount brokers), because in my experience 3% listing agents never seemed to justify their cost. So I asked Erica some tough pointed questions about what value she was going to provide, Erica blew me away with her answers. She articulated a solid strategy and what she would do for us to earn her commission. As soon as we hired her as our agent, she immediately sent out a detailed email outlining her plan, and a project manager like timeline of what to expect. She anticipated our needs and then took the initiative to take care of it for us. I casually mentioned we were going to pick up some boxes at Home Depot; and without blinking she supplied those for us. We only had limited time to do some basic cleaning before the listing, but not enough to really make the place shine. So, what does Erica do? She spent countless hours of her weekend, deep cleaning the property, pressure washing the deck, patio, and the entryway. Her marketing was off the charts. She printed out info cards next to all the features of the home and posted before and after pictures next to each room of the all renovations we did, so the potential buyers could see the impact of the upgrades. Our property got multiple offers and we ended up selling for 60K over list price due Erica's amazing prep and masterful presentation of our listing. And get this. We had some furniture we needed to sell before closing. Erica offered to list it for us on Craiglist, and negotiate with the buyers. Seriously have you ever had an agent go above and beyond like that. She sold our furniture for a great price and saved us a ton of time and hassle. We closed today and couldn't be happier. Erica kept us in the loop every step of the way providing timely updates, and was always available for any concerns or questions we had right away. I know we weren't her only client, but she definitely made us feel like we were. You won't find another agent that will work as hard for you as she will. She is truly the unicorn of real estate agents.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with buyers at no additional cost to the buyer, because the listing agent will normally give me a portion of their commission. For sellers who plan to sell their home and purchase a new home, I offer a discount as a way to say thank you for your trust in both transactions.

We'll sit down for an initial face-to-face meeting to discuss your needs, how I work, and the process of either buying or selling your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Real Estate Broker licensed in the state of Washington, a member of REALTOR, and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). I also have a degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science but I suppose that's less relevant 😂
