Matt Goyer and team were phenomenal! They helped me get my home ready for listing, taking care of all the scheduling and coordination of various contractors. It was only *7 days* from the day I moved out to the house hitting the market, with something scheduled for each day of that week (trash removal, carpet repair, painting, cleaning, staging, etc etc). I can't imagine all the work required to coordinate those moving pieces. I'm so grateful to the entire team at Urban Living for getting me through this process. The house sold for well above my wildest expectations!

I moved from California to Washington and a close friend referred me to Matt Goyer. He was approachable and genuine (I hate salesy). He did all the usual things well: shuttled me around since I didn't have a car, responsive to phone/text/email, attentive, and set clear expectations throughout. As we toured homes he provided extra commentary on different builders, various housing and building regulations, quality of materials, and other random facts. I found this enormously helpful, it educates without overwhelming. And most importantly, he says when he doesn't like something about a home. I would use him again and highly recommend.
