- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are master negotiators and work tirelessly to ensure that our client gets the best deal possible. Whether it is getting the highest possible price when selling your home, or getting the lowest possible price when buying a home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're selling, we like to have our initial meeting face to face at your property in order to introduce ourselves and provide you with material to look over, educating about current market trends and what we can offer to help make your home sell fast and for top dollar. If you're buying, we love to have an initial face to face meeting with you as well! We can meet for coffee and go over your wants and needs, narrowing down your dream home prospects. We also have many resources available to help you get pre-approved and more!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With past experience in residential investing, home loans, remodels and new construction, I have a plethora of experience that brings a unique skill set to the real estate table. I have the ability to give insight and a unique opinion that most agents don't possess.
