Having this feature on new listings enables the buyers to see more than the ever will in live showings and enables them to buy without stepping foot into the house regardless how far away they might be!! Further, given our experience with the pandemic scenario, it enabled those not wanting to risk unwanted infections from both sides of the aisle to conduct business as usual without taking the personal risks of in person activity. AND, best of all is the FPO HomeDiary feature which enables the homeowner to log into the cloud all the details about their home for future reference. For homeowners in areas where natural disasters can occur, this is huge. Being able to sit down with their insurance agent and show exactly what was in the house, when it was bought, how much it cost and having photos and documents to back that all up helps homeowners recapture a much higher % of their loss that without this amazing feature!!
