Introduction: As a team, Jerred and and Natalie have over half a decade of experience in holding space for others through yoga, reiki and sound healing. In Reiki, we're both certified under the original teachings of the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition by Reiki master Diane Larson of the Reiki Alliance. Natalie is RYT 200 certified and teaches full-time in Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. Both of us have provided Sound Healing in yoga studios all over Seattle as well as with the Seattle Sound Temple and Seattle Pacific University. Our space is personal and sacred. We keep it welcoming and cleared of negative energy and filled it with an abundance of love. We strive to offer our services at a price that is available to as many people as possible since healing is for all and not for the few. We love nothing more than sharing with others the same practices that have helped guide us on our own journeys. Practices that bring peace to the mind and body so that we can learn to listen to our highest selves. Both the healing and releasing of past traumas and patterns as well as providing the space for rapid transformations of being, thought and action into things completely new. The work is healing to our clients and to us. In our sharing we reinforce our own highest selves and do our greatest good for all.

I have taken part in a handful of Jerred and Natalie's sound bath ceremonies and one of their cacao ceremonies. All their ceremonies leave me feeling rejuvenated and full of clarity. If you're feeling out of sync with your daily life, like things just aren't aligning or going your way, I highly recommend attending one of their sound baths. They typically pair a yin yoga practice with their sound bath ceremonies which always helps ground me before moving into the full meditation with the singing bowls, gongs, and chants. If you are feeling a lack of community in your life or unclear about what your micro and macro life goals and visions are I recommend their cacao ceremonies. Their cacao ceremonies truly help you manifest your aspirations. It's a great time to connect with others and take a moment out of your busy life to think about your path or next steps!

These two have an ever-expanding wheelhouse of unique gifts to share. They create a community and a journey every time. The flexibility of being able to incorporate yoga, reiki, sound baths and more allows them to flow through and skillfully meet the needs of each moment. We like to work on a sliding scale so that we can accommodate clients of varying income levels. This also allows the client to choose how they'd like to support our business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This varies depending on the client. However, we'll always prepare you with what you should bring/expect so that you can gain the most from our session. Afterwards, we'll spend time together in conscious conversation about your experience and work with you to ensure you leave feeling supported.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified yoga instructor (RYT 200 hour) and reiki practitioner (in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition).
