Jerred and Natalie

As a team, Jerred and and Natalie have over half a decade of experience in holding space for others through yoga, reiki and sound healing. In Reiki, we're both certified under the original teachings of the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition by Reiki master Diane Larson of the Reiki Alliance. Natalie is RYT 200 certified and teaches full-time in Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. Both of us have provided Sound Healing in yoga studios all over Seattle as well as with the Seattle Sound Temple and Seattle Pacific University. Our space is personal and sacred. We keep it welcoming and cleared of negative energy and filled it with an abundance of love. We strive to offer our services at a price that is available to as many people as possible since healing is for all and not for the few. We love nothing more than sharing with others the same practices that have helped guide us on our own journeys. Practices that bring peace to the mind and body so that we can learn to listen to our highest selves. Both the healing and releasing of past traumas and patterns as well as providing the space for rapid transformations of being, thought and action into things completely new. The work is healing to our clients and to us. In our sharing we reinforce our own highest selves and do our greatest good for all.
