Shawn did an outstanding job cleaning my roof and gutters. He then treated my roof with moss inhibitor. He cleaned up all of the mess that blew off the roof. My roof looks brand new. It was a thorough cleaning but kind to the shingles. A hardworking young man that gave me a better than fair bid (I had already had 2 bids by other companies). I will be a repeat customer next year. 2 thumbs up!

Shawn was very professional, i have a split level home so its to high for me to go up there. He took lots of pictures and clearly described the job he was to perform. Shawn was a pleasure to have on the job, did a great job and i would recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks again Shawn!

I couldnt be happier with the results from Bradford Washing! Shawn pressure-washed the pavers in the driveway, paved stairs, paved back patio, two decks, windows, and numerous glass doors, making everything look brand new again. He also did an incredible job cleaning up the landscape and ensuring everything was back in its place. There was a miscommunication about the windows (our fault), but he was able to get them cleaned early the next day. The attention to detail and professionalism stood out. I would recommend Bradford Washing to anyone looking for outstanding pressure washing services!

Shawn did an excellent job on cleaning/treating my roof. He also did a bang up job on power washing my old driveway and granite steps up from the street. I don't ever remember the driveway looking so good. His personableness was appreciated. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and neighbors.
