FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are as small as it gets. I'm the owner of the company, and I run the day to day operations. I spend my money on the Crews, materials and assessors. I do not buy new work trucks every year. I don't pay myself any more than a general manager would make in this position. I pay my crew and employees above a livable wage and am able to beat my competitors pricing because of how I run a very efficient Roofing Business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We preform an initial inspection. We show up on time, every time. We leave our customers with a detailed estimate the same day. If we earn the customers business, we schedule a 2nd inspection. Then we order and deliver materials. A typical roofing job will take One to Two days to complete, including a professional clean up of the customers property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Safety is always first. Our crew adhere to the rules and regulations that are set for us and we always follow the rules of safety. All of our crews are trained to install the products that we sell. In this day of material shortages, if we can't get a certain accessory or the product we sold, I will upgrade the assessors or material at no cost to my customer. I still have to keep our workers working. Our customers still need to have a roof protecting their home, so I will buy the materials necessary to get their project installed, as promised.
