Sound Pacific has multiple divisions. One a complete development, building, remodel and design division. This division handles your complete build from plans, permitting and build to turn key. Or simply a remodel you need. The second division is our roofing and siding division. Lastly we have our own Landscape Design division to handle all your landscaping needs. Every job is different. Every clients vision we work with is different. To create the vision of our clients is rewarding and satisfying. We love the entire build or project. Michael and Ryan did an amazing job on our back yard, building an amazing deck on an uneven yard. They took their time building the deck the correct way instead of rushing through to meet the timeline and move on to their next project. We knew they were busy yet they took time working diligently and creating a space exactly the way we wanted. We are one happy customer and would hire them again for other projects.

Michael came to inspect our roof and foundation. He was very responsive to our needs. I gave him ideas on what needs to be inspected and he has given me all answers on what to expect from the condition of our roof, foundation and our house overall. I told him our vision of the future repairs and modifications, he told me a lot of valuable information on what to expect. Even though we only had an inspection, I am looking forward to hiring Sound Pacific for my remodelling.

Michael and sound pacific are the best! I'm a real estate investor and have used them for one of my most resent renovation project. The renovation was everything from floor to ceiling, bathroom to kitchen and they did a great job. Easy to communicate and great attention to details. Definite be using them again.

Michael came to bid a full house rehab for me. He was very professional and told me what I needed to hear rather than what I wanted to hear, immediately earning my trust. We are exploring options on how to proceed. Michael was also very responsive to phone calls and emails, which provides its own comfort, knowing that you can get ahold of your pro when you need to.

Since High School the owners of Sound Pacific entered the construction industry. Living in and working in Hawaii, California and all over the Puget Sound.
