Hired Lesko to prune a wildly overgrown shrub positioned awkwardly between a fence post and window. Extremely pleased with the result! Showed up on time, listened carefully to my requests, and cleaned up afterward. Outstanding all around!

What started out to be 2 full days of work with 4 guys, turned out to be two half days with maybe 3-4 guys. The result of trying to do the job in less time than forecasted, was a lot of trimmings left on the ground or caught up in trees/shrubs. Additionally, some pruning perhaps should have been done with shears rather than hedge trimmers, which often leave unsightly bare branches sticking out. The pruning of the apple trees at this time of year is also questionable. (Since it wasn't the usual radical winter pruning, it did make the apple trees look better; but I hope it won't affect next year's crop.) What made up for most of this was that when my supply of bark fell short, they went out and purchased extra bark to cover the paths in the backyard. This is the "above and beyond" part of the job that earned them a "good" rating. The shrubs and trees do look better and I appreciate the effort they made to make the yard look better, although at a very high price.
