- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very reasonable. Once I know all of the information about your return, I will be able to give an accurate quote before I being working.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to talk with the client at least once over the phone or meet at my office. Then, everything else can be completed via online or secure email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 hours of IRS approved continuing education every year.
