- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
💬 Step 1: Free Consultation We start with a quick phone call or email to understand your needs and provide a personalized quote. Followed up with a tax engagement letter outlining the services to be provided. 🔐 Step 2: Upload Documents You’ll get access to a secure portal to upload tax docs, communicate, and track progress. 📝 Step 3: Tax Prep & Review We prepare your return, maximize deductions, and reach out if anything’s missing. ✅ Step 4: Review & Sign You’ll receive a full copy of the return to review. Once approved, e-sign the forms. 📤 Step 5: E-File & Support Your return is e-filed after payment is received. We're here year-round for questions or notices.

I am a CPA with years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, and financial consulting. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Taxation, which gives me a strong foundation in both federal and state tax law — including complex areas like business taxation, rental property, retirement planning, and more.
