- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have lower overhead than most companies and I pass the savings along to my clients. I work on a flat-fee basis versus hourly so, you always know the price upfront before any work begins. All contracts come with a free 15-minute Zoom consultation. As a military spouse, I offer military discounts (I.E. special pricing) to all first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, set-up a Zoom call appointment with the client to determine the client's needs and provide a flat fee price. Once a price is agreed upon, there is an engagement letter to sign and a non-refundable, upfront deposit to get work started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent with over 15 years of experience. On average I completed 40+ continuing educations hourly yearly. I am a complete tax nerd and I learn and hone my craft because I truly enjoy what I do. I love helping clients find ways to minimize their tax debt and maximize any refund.
