- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) You fill out the form at gmatcoach.com/trial. This helps me learn more about your situation and make the most of our time together during our free trial session. 2) We meet for a free trial session, and address any areas that are particularly challenging. I assess your skills and thinking patterns, and we make crucial adjustments where necessary. 3) I assign a customized training program for homework, all very organized in a Google doc. We track your results and keep a log of your errors, so we can focus and address your weaknesses. On Verbal in particular, it is very important that you gain a clear understanding of WHY the wrong answers are wrong. 4) We continue to meet regularly, to review errors, build critical skills and strategies, improve your processes and habits, and correct your weaknesses. We create a timeline for official practice tests, and review them together.

GMAT score 760 (99th percentile), April 2016 GMAT score 770 (99th percentile), September 2017 I hold a degree from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. I am an avid reader and student of the latest research in learning science.
