Wow! Where do I start? First and foremost I was surprised by the quick response as it didn’t show Mr Tronix was actually online at the time of my request. Not only was his professionalism top tier he was able to complete same day service within 45 minutes of me initially contacting him. When he arrived of course my building had an emergency and elevators to the27th floor were down. He waited and for that I was beyond grateful. Through the installation process he explained everything from stat to finish. Respectfully informing me of why xy&z couldn’t and shouldn’t be done. Overall my experience was amazing. I will most definitely be using his services again soon
