Tony was super responsive from the moment I solicited a quote, all the way through the multi-hour "hard-reset" of my LG laptop on a Friday night. A person from out of town called me about my computer before an impound person called me about my computer and still haven’t called me about my computer. This guy was amazing. I wish he was local. I’d gladly pay him the 399 or whatever he charges.
