SOS Geek was responsive and helped me with my issue remotely. They respected my hesitancy about giving over control of my computer to a stranger, so they did a limited remote session so they could view my computer screen, but talked me through the steps so that I could understand and control the process myself. I appreciated that. The work was accomplished. I will reach to them for future needs.

SOS Geek has always been responsive. Today Jack assisted me with both my laptop and desktop for a major cleanup and reinistall of Windows. He explained everything he was doing efficiently and in layman's terms. My computers are running so well. He also gave me security advice, since mine has expired. I received full service in a very professional manner. SOS-G and Jack are my "go-to" technical assist.

The people at SOS Geek are amazing. I started with them a little more than a year ago after my computer had been hacked and taken over. It was an early Saturday afternoon and after trying to find someone to take care of my computer I found SOS Geek. They did an amazing job...took several hours, but they cleaned everything up for me. I came back to them a couple of months ago to solve a problem with my cell phone being able to download to my computer. They solved that one within several minutes. SOS Geek is simply great!
