Marshanell and her team were nothing less than phenomenal when they helped me with my event. Not being an experienced host, Marshanell brought added value by helping me prepare and answering my questions as they came up. She made herself available and was responsive in all ways. She came out to view the space in advance of the event, providing recommendations and enthusiasm. Her team showed up on the day of the event timely, and grateful to be able to help us with our special day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually, 1.5-2 hours are needed before the event begins for setup. This time is added to the duration of the event. Also, normally 2-3 people are needed, but this depends on the number of guests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new customer, I find out more about them. I ask questions to find out what their desires are for their special events, and I do my best to fulfill these desires. My goal is to make sure that the clients are happy, and make sure that the event is a success!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a food handling certificate and MAST 12. I have received training from various chefs and waitstaff for over 25 years.
