I recently had a nightmare situation at one of my rental properties - mold damage in multiple rooms! But thankfully, Jose and the team at National Restoration Construction came to the rescue. Jose took the time to explain the root cause of the issue - condensation buildup due to poor ventilation - and walked me through the remediation process. I was impressed by their prompt response, transparency, and expertise. Jose and team are well versed and expert professionals in managing both project management and water damage repairs and rebuild. From emergency pipe burst to complete rebuild, Jose and team had us back in action in 3 weeks- this is extraordinary considering insurance claim/adjuster processes and contractor availability/supply chain issues.
