- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, the level of contamination or damage, and the equipment and labor required. We don’t use flat pricing for restoration work because every situation is different. Customers receive clear estimates upfront, and we explain what is necessary versus optional. No surprise fees, no pressure tactics, and no padding the bill for work that isn’t needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial call to understand the situation and determine urgency. From there, we schedule an on-site inspection to assess damage, identify safety concerns, and outline next steps. After the assessment, we provide a clear plan of action, timeline, and estimate. Once approved, we begin work promptly and keep the customer informed throughout the process until the job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and fire-related cleanup, following industry best practices for containment, drying, and safety. We use professional-grade equipment and proven methods aligned with established restoration standards to ensure work is done correctly and safely.
