Spencer came out immediately when a pipe broke and flooded the downstairs bathroom. He cleaned the mess up, set up the dryers, and let me know the next steps. He was efficient and followed the plan exactly. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would recommend him as a reliable, personable, and honest worker. He went above and beyond when there was an issue with a contractor, even though that wasn't his responsibility. The problem was resolved quickly, and I was happy I'd decided to work with him!

I read many of the other reviews before calling Total Dry Restoration and they all seem to have a common denominator to the experience I had. We had a sink overflow into the kitchen and crawlspace. We called and they showed up about an hour. They had to unfortunately remove all of the building materials in the kitchen and remove a large section of insulation in the crawlspace. Before we signed up with Total Dry, Spencer explained everything from beginning to end and it went exactly how he explained it. The demo took 1 long day with four people and the drying process took about 4 days. I imagined this whole process was going to take around 2-3 weeks, and it was roughly less than a week. Spencer referred out a great contractor who had equally the same customer service and quality work. Anyone who has Chubb insurance should definitely give this company if they unfortunately have a water damage incident like we had.

I called Total Dry Restoration, and Spencer was able to come out the very same day to assess the situation. From the moment he arrived, he quickly put our minds at ease, explained everything clearly, and created a plan to safely remove the mold. He also went above and beyond by helping us find a wonderful plumbing company to address the source of the leak.Spencer did an amazing job communicating with us throughout the entire process.
