This was the first time I've used Thumbtack and can say that the immediate response beyond regular expected hours. Clayton was on time for both the estimate and day of work. He is very knowledgeable, kind with great explanations. He professionally repaired a leak in my pond liner created by another company, gently and carefully cleaned the pond and installed equipment that had been left out for quite some time. Clayton seemed very conscientious and trustworthy. I even asked if he would continue to complete annual/or every other year cleaning. Because of my overall experience with Affordable Ponds/Clayton-owner, I would not hesitate to use them/Thumbtack again. Thank you Clayton.

I moved into this house two years ago and the waterfall never worked. Finally decided to see if I could get it going so I called these guys and very glad i did. They cleaned my pond out which looks beautiful and turns out the pump still worked as well was just completely clogged. They fixed that, no additional charge. I highly recommend Affordable Ponds.
