Working with AquaTechs was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend them for any waterheater service or replacement. They were kind, honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and very helpful. They understood the urgency of my situation and were even able to work on a holiday at no extra charge. The pricing for the new waterheaterreplacement was very reasonable and lower than all of the other quotes I received. They also repaired a leak at the same time at no additional cost. I have to say that it's never enjoyable to spend a lot of money on home maintenance but I also have to say that I have never had such an enjoyable experience as this one just completed with AquaTechs Water Heater and the crew--Patrik and the technical wizard Edward. Quick service, reasonable price, and what a great job done. Edward arrived at 8:00 A. M. Replaced two waterheaters upstairs and downstairs and was finished by 1:00 PM. All up to code, all looking like picture perfect work, and...no mess. In addition to the waterheater work, Edward, who is as personable a plumber as you will ever find, talked with me and helped me solve a side-trip plumbing issue with a drain. Very professional. Eddie is taking his time carefully with details installing the waterheater. I feel very satisfied with the work. The photo was taking while he cleaning up so there is some tools are still there but trust me . It is great.
