John is responsive. Got water heater installation done quickly. But installation is not up to the city code. There was gas leak which turned out to be non hazardous. Water drain was not installed properly. I ended up draining water for an year now.

Ryan did an awesome job installing our new gas water heater and he went above and beyond to explain everything at every step. We also had few surprises along the project However Ryan handled those very effectively and was able to provide best solution for those. I am providing this review after 6 months of installation as I wanted to make sure that we have experienced our new water heater for enough time before providing an honest review. The water heater looks a piece of art and goes really well with our outdoor space.

Doerksen was very responsive from giving a quote, till completing the installation. His quote was reasonable, so we decided to go ahead with him.
He was flexible with the schedule and was very kind to accommodated a last minute schedule change I had to make due to unavoidable circumstances. He also made a run to home depot to buy a pipe when my existing pipe turned out to be a bit short for my new tall water heater. Installation was flawless, no issues at all with the installation.
The only issue I had, was with the cleanliness. He used a hand tuck with very rough and dirty wheels to carry my water heater upstairs. It left a couple of scratches on my branch new LVT flooring and a bunch of stains on my carpet. I'd suggest Doerksen to be a little more mindful of the cleanliness in future. He is a gem of a workman otherwise.

It was excellent experience working with Washington Natural Gas. Everything went smoothly and pleasant. One of our water heaters stopped working after 8 years life. I submitted work request on Thumbtack 11:00pm at night, then got a phone call from Mike at Washing Natural Gas next day morning. Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable. He provided all the options what we could do and offered a free estimate at our convinient time. 2 days later Eric and Andrew installed a new water heater for us. After the work was done, Eric walked me through in details what they did and cleaned up the working area. Eric also put a sticky note on the water tank with warranty information on it which is really helpful. We are very pleased with Washington Natural Gas and will definetly work with them again in the future.
