- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices include the design, development, and launch of your website and digital marketing projects. I also include professional stock images and basic SEO.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start every project with a discovery phone call so that I can better understand your business goals, vision, message, and what your competitors are doing. Once I get a good picture of your business, I build a mockup website. We then meet online and explore the mockup. After all revisions and edits are made to your satisfaction, the website is launched.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates in Web Design, Human Computer Interaction, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. I also have a BS in Biology which means I have project skills from research and investigation to analysis and communication.
