- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the initial discussion in which a commissioner demonstrates interest and provides project details, I offer a final estimate. Upon signing of a short contract for the custom art, the client pays 25% of the estimate as a deposit, which serves as a kill fee. Upon delivery of the final high-resolution files, the client pays the balance in full.
