Introduction: I'm a Jane of all trades when it comes to photography, with nearly ten years of experience documenting weddings, capturing portraits, and helping businesses build creative branding.
I approach my work as a visual storyteller, embracing the environment to help build a narrative. I'm drawn to a cinematic style, though much of my posing is based on creating an authentic moment.
My favorite thing is the conversation that happens with clients during a shoot. I love working with people and learning about them, asking questions and hearing their stories. There is a sense of adventure and play in every shoot I go on, with the reward of coming home and looking through the images afterward.

Vera is a creative who sees the world in a way others can only imagine. She brings that world to life through her meticulous understanding of lighting and a resolute knowledge of camera intricacies.

Amazing photographer with immense talent. She was a life-saver on the day of my wedding by helping to coordinate all the troops and then went on to take the best photos of me and my husband that I've ever seen. Can't recommend her enough!

Vera took our engagement photos. Neither one of us enjoy having our picture taken, so we were nervous about looking bizarre or cheesy. After talking together, we asked Vera for something moody and a bit editorial, and she delivered. Some of the things that we appreciated the most:
- she provided us with a Pinterest of outfit ideas so that our outfits would complement each other but not blend together
- she was very familiar with different areas and made suggestions that empowered us to choose the best location
- on site, she was relaxed and helped us to pose without looking too "posed"
- there's a 15 inch height difference between us, and I was worried about us looking too "distant" from each other in the pictures. Vera was able to position us so that we didn't look miles apart!
- great turn around time, and a ton of photos to choose from! We also received our photos in both color and black and white, which was a pleasant surprise.
It was great working with Vera and we happily recommend her.
