- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are standard and fair but if you can't afford the going rate, ask for a price that you can afford, and I will accommodate you. I don't want anyone to not be able to afford a resume.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach is collaborative. On our first call, we will discuss your career and your goals. We’ll talk about jobs you’re targeting and what you bring to the table. You can share your achievements and things you are proud of. I’ll take your existing resume, do some research, and produce a working draft. Then we make a time to meet on the phone for about an hour, and together we design the story of your resume. I finetune the draft and send it to you for approval. I will continue to make changes until you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience working in writing and editing at world-class entities with traditions of meaning and excellence. As a journalist I won awards and as a technical and marketing writer I delivered content for Fortune 500 companies and startups. I have advanced skills in storytelling. I know that a document must adhere to the highest editorial standards, no matter what.
