Louisa Peck is an extraordinary editor. Over the course of six weeks, she edited my dissertation and took my mundane, error-ridden work from boredom to brilliance! Louisa incorporated university requirements and current writing standards, without compromising my writing style or voice. She is easy to work with and offers specific, technical writing changes that quickly improves the readability of your writing. Louisa works quickly and her services are economical in comparison to other editing services. I couldn't be happier with my finished doctoral dissertation and owe it all to Louisa!Jun 18, 2013Verified
I don't remember how I stumbled across Louisa, but what a find. She has a very quick turn around on papers and an extremely reasonable fee. She corrected my grammar, improved my sentence structure, made the entire paper more concise and conformed it to APA, 6th edition. I consider myself a decent writer and have published several books, but I pale in comparison to Louisa. This is her main job and she is good at it! She was extremely easy to work with and, best of all, my committee was very happy with my dissertation after her editing. I could not have done it as well without her help.Sep 13, 2012Verified
Louisa edited my non-fiction book, LEAVING THE WILD. She excelled in every sense, performing the edits with precision and staying true to the writing style. And she did it quickly, finishing ahead of deadline.Jul 17, 2017
Louisa gave a presentation entitled "Effective Email Communication" at our company meeting. She was very flexible and helpful in working with me to tailor this presentation to our needs, and was a very engaging speaker. Somehow she managed to keep a roomful of construction guys interested in the finer points of writing emails (not an easy task I assure you). I highly recommend her.Apr 30, 2015

For remote editing clients, I provide a "sample hour" of editing for $50, and if they are pleased with the work, we go ahead with the entire project.
