I began taking classes with Meagan in late 2019 after moving to Seattle from CA. I really enjoyed her style, which I found to be challenging but also supportive, and I really appreciated her knack for offering new ways to access poses that I found intimidating, or hard to sustain. I am so grateful that Meagan switched to offering online classes at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, and I have found that this virtual option makes me much more committed to making time for regular practice, due to the affordable rates and the convenience of being able to shift from my workday straight to my mat. I intend to continue using these classes to build physical and emotional strength and resilience, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking instruction that is warm, gentle, but also motivating!

Meagan’s classes are my favorite! Her flow and sequencing are excellent and just feel good in your body. She is an expert at creating that elusive state of relaxed yet energized. Sugarcane Yoga saved my sanity during this last lockdown year- so grateful!

Meghan was very professional with quick responsive times. She scheduled a meeting to discuss the goals of the session prior. It was a in-house session for 6 to celebrate the New Year/birthday. She came prepared with props, mats, and essential oils. In addition she did a guided meditation incorporated into the yin yoga. I would highly recommend her for your private event, she was a pleasure to work with!

Details: 6 students • 31 - 40 years old • Hatha Yoga • Intermediate • Help with injury/pain • Relaxation • Meditation • My home, venue, etc.

Megan is a terrific teacher. She is able to meet you where you are. I started working with Megan after my children were born and have been able to grow in my practice with her amazing patience, guidance, and direction.
