Introduction: At Borboleta, I offer private yoga and pilates lessons. I believe that by creating a positive relationship with our own bodies through movement and exercise, we can discover a deeper and more integrated sense of who we are and allow us to live our lives with adventure and beauty.
My yoga and pilates classes are suited to practitioners at all levels, and I create a nurturing environment for you to tune into your body. I like to keep you in a moving meditation, and I encourage students to be curious to move with integrity and to always find beauty and grace in their practice. Each class will emphasize correct body alignment, rhythmic breathing, and self-love.
I am a 200-hour registered yoga instructor and a certified pilates instructor through Balanced Body, and I have a BS in Community Health from Western Washington University.
