Overall I had a good experience. Maxim came in the next day on time. He courteously practiced safe COVID measures with masks and gloves on. Interestingly my dishwasher just started working. Maxim did a few check and recommended to replace the door latch anyway as it might be faulty again, which I agreed to. Maxim was very patient to answer my questions and even take extra efforts to open up the old latch module and explained to me how it worked and where was the part that might be causing the problem.

Mark and his apprentice were both great and very respectful with COVID masking and boot coverings. He diagnosed my fuse blowing issue to a faulty thermostat. For less than the cost of another company to just come out and look, they replaced my broken part and we have heat again. They arrived promptly and called ahead to let me know they were on the way too. The whole experience from talking with their office manager to book them was everything you would want. Thanks again!
