- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an estimate program that is updated monthly but every job requires some customization in terms of location, access and availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will come out and listen closely to what exactly the customer has in mind, from there we will develop a set of plans to guide project intent and clarify what services are needed. This gives the project a firm foundation on which to proceed and the customer a real understanding of what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Framed houses for sixteen years (As a Sub Contractor) building everything from entry level to elaborate customs as well as some light commercial projects. Always striving to make the the entire project finish as perfectly as possible by working/talking with the other subs. Now I have been working as a General Contractor for eight years (as of 2016)This has been a life long education and expect it always will be.
