My Plumber Joe was very customer oriented and listened to the background story of my plumbing situation of my 1970s home. He took this information and considered all possibilities of what was going on with my low water pressure issue. After much troubleshooting and different possibilities he came to a solution and the problem was resolved at the whole home water filteration appliance. He was very professional and straight forward. If the city replaces out the old water flow meter be sure to change out your whole home water filter because it could be clogged with sediments even though you can't see it. I was really thinking I needed a water pressure regulator, I didn't.

We think 5 Star Plumbing is amazing! They were very easy to work with. They gave us a fair estimate and worked through the process with our home warranty company. Talking with the guys was a pleasure. They were so polite and took the time to explain things to us. We absolutely loved talking with Jenny in the office, too. Great Company! Jenny made it really easy to set an appointment, and got a crew out to me sooner than expected.Nate and Brandon were on time, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my ejector pump. Also, very polite/professional throughout the entire job. Price seemed reasonable and came with 30 day warranty if failure reoccurred.Would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for plumbing expertise.
