- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the parts required and the complexity of the repair. We value those who serve our community, which is why we proudly offer a 10% discount to veterans, firefighters, and police officers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to understand the issue. Once on-site, we run a full diagnostic and, if the part is available, complete the repair the same day. If the repair requires ordering a part, we immediately check availability with our partners and let the customer know how long the wait will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are professionally licensed and certified to safely handle refrigerants and hazardous materials. Each team member has completed specialized training and education in appliance repair, along with years of hands-on experience in the field.
