Phillip from IV Appliance Clinic did a great job fixing my washing machine. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and he came out the same day. He diagnosed the issue and told me it was the motor. He ordered it and the next day he came back with the new motor and installed it. Phillip is knowledgeable, polite, respectful, told me some good suggestions, and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything. IV Appliances Clinic has a great future with employees like Phillip.
