David framed up a new house, plus installed windows and doors. Ive worked with many contractors around town and David was by far my favorite to work with and he never cut any corners. Highly recommend!

Kardav Construction was hired to do the framing, siding, and other miscellaneous projects on my new construction house. Immediately I could tell that the work was done with care. Ive had experience with other contractors who were just trying to get in and out and get paid, but I never felt that way with Kardav Construction.I can also speak for my neighbors, many of which have also hired Kardav for their own projects. Word spread quickly and now Kardav is a neighborhood favorite, they all recognize his truck when he comes by!If youre looking for a local, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced contractor, at least give Kardav a call and see what he can do for you. Never hurts to find out!
