The location was very easy to find and the class was easy to fit into my schedule. Working as a full-time RN and being new to Spokane, this was very important! I was the only student on my Saturday BLS-CPR renewal class. Diana greeted me and welcomed me into her home. I instantly felt comfortable and safe. The class ran about 90 minutes and Diana partnered with me during the two-person CPR scenarios. She is very passionate about cardiac life support and saving lives and ensured that I felt comfortable in performing my CPR skills before I left. It was overall a great refresher for me and totally beat my previous CPR courses I have had. I will definitely go to her for my renewals in the future.

Very thorough. She taught me CPR for newborns when my great-granddaughter was born. It was very interesting and eyeopening. I highly recommend her to anyone who has a newborn/grandchild etc.
