- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty straight forward and all explained in contract that customer and I will sign. I do run specials from time to time. Most of my pricing is also listed on my website. The only ones that are not listed is for specialty training that is more targeted to, rehabilitation, service dog, working dog, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a consult and discuss what the dog is doing or not doing that you don't desire. also have you do some of the basics so I can see where we should or shouldn't start with training. I like meeting your dog and seeing what the dog would do with me as well. Thru this meeting I want to ensure it the right fit for you, your dog and myself. If it’s something I am not comfortable with then I will refer to great trainers that I have referred to many times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly continuing my education and learning new methods. I am currently working on my masters for canine behaviorist. I work hard to try to get minor degrees when I can and certifications every year.
