Kathy spent time talking about our new puppy on the telephone. She asked a lot of questions to help determine how to help. She offered a couple of different meetings times so I could choose which one worked best for me. Directions to the kennel were clear. Kathy spent over an hour working with my puppy and my older dog. She had me bring the other dog so she could evaluate their interactions. She clearly explained how to work with the puppy. She drew out real positive behavior from the puppy. After watching the puppy’s response to the training techniques, I was very reassured that we can fix my concerns. Kathy offered to take telephone calls to help in between scheduled sessions. I will not hesitate to use Wilram Kennels in the future.

My initial meeting with Kathy was quite impressive. She is extremely professional. Her facility is need and clean. I have hired her to train my Springer Spaniel to hopefully become my service dog. She makes no promises it's up to my dogs abilities. I respect that. I interviewed others that guaranteed in 30 days he'd be trained at an exorbitant price. This is a long process, costly and it doesn't happen overnight. Watching Kathy work with him I believe if he's got the right stuff she's going to be the one to bring it out of him.

Kathy really knows dogs! I have only had one session with her and my GSP but he made progress with her already. I’ll look forward to using her training techniques further to mold my dog. Over all I was very pleased with the session.

Excellent trainer, described all training in detail. Was very gentle with my dog who is on the shy side. My husband and I were so impressed that we will be going back for additional training sessions.
