- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate upfront pricing. you will know what your going to pay upfront before any work is performed. if additional work is needed outside of the original scope of work we will talk to you first and get your approval before work is completed. No hidden fee's!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we will do is ask some questions about what the issue is that your having with your drain or sewer. then we will do a series of test to determine what exactly is going on. After the diagnostic phase then we will determine what solutions we have to fix the issue and we will write up a detailed estimate with multiple options with upfront pricing for you to choose from. After you choose what option works best for you and your budget then we will get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing and drain industry for almost a decade. Before i started my own company i was a project manager managing sewer and drain line repair and replacements. Prior to that i spent more than half my career as a Drain Specialist Diagnosing, Clearing, and or repairing/replacing drain lines and sewers.
