- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We evaluate and price by the job, always providing a written quote ahead of time. We price by the job, not hourly, so our craftsmen are free to take their time & do the job right the first time, and our clients know how much they will spend BEFORE accepting the job. We find customers prefer to have a firm price, a not-to-exceed price up-front. This allows them to budget the correct amount if money is tight.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment time & date, when we arrive we evaluate the project and provide an estimate for the client. If it is a larger project this may take a couple appointments to prepare an estimate, but usually for smaller projects we can do it right there on the spot!

Years of experience in construction, over 10 years experience running a business, decades of customer service experience, as well as 4 years college
