Our floors were in bad shape. Andre was awesome from the estimate to the finishing touches. He was super responsive to text and on time. He was able to finish our floors in one day and it looks amazing. If your in search of some carpentry work, I recommend Modus Milwork 100%.

I highly recommend Modus Millwork Finish Carpentry! He was very responsive and worked tirelessly on the job until it was finished. Very reasonably priced, but I was most impressed with the quality of the work. He turned my ideas for a deck into a beautiful addition to our backyard. This was a huge project - around 1000 sq ft of deck and very complex - walkway to the koi pond, hot tub with hidden access panel, several sets of stairs, etc. We're stunned with the beauty and craftsmanship of his work.

Andre was great! We needed a new set of steps into an adjoining crafts room. Andre did the job, but we realized the steps were too high for my wife to safely navigate (back issues). Andre agreed to re-do the project to our needs on the same day and we are VERY pleased with the results. HIGHLY recommend.
