What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give you an upfront price before any work starts, so there are no surprises. New Spokane customers get a free garage door tune-up, plus $300 off a new garage door, $200 off a new opener and $100 off spring replacement. Every door we install includes a strut. We accept credit card, check, Apple Pay and Zelle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
************************ and we'll schedule a visit, usually within a day or two (7 days a week, 8am–8pm). The technician inspects the whole door system: springs, cables, rollers, tracks, opener and safety sensors. Then you get clear options with upfront prices, and we do the work the same visit whenever we have the parts on the truck.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician goes through our own training and field process before working on their own, and we hold weekly training sessions to keep the whole team sharp on repairs, installs and safety.
