Introduction: The foundation of standing out has to be doing your job well - not just what you think it means to do your job, but also what those you work for think is your job. But that is just the starting point. It doesn't matter how well you do your job if nobody knows what you are doing - you won't stand out. The key is communicating; both listening to others and making them feel you are listening, and communicating effectively not just what you are doing, but why what is being done is important.
I enjoy the people I work with. I actually enjoy going into work each morning.
Great communication and the finished work is just what I was looking for. Will use again for future projects

Jay did a perfect job. He carries extra parts in him and it came in handy to complete the job.

Jay came and looked at our problem, and spent a lot of time looking at our "old" plumbing before giving us a very fair quote. He returned with the materials needed and finished the job promptly. He even brought back 2 faucets so I could choose. I would call him again in a minute.
