Walter did an outstanding job installing our LVP flooring. His craftsmanship is exceptional, and it shows in every detail of his work. He takes tremendous pride in what he does and works with the energy and determination of someone half his age.
The floors turned out beautiful, with tight seams, smooth transitions, and a finish that exceeded our expectations. Walter was punctual, professional, kept the work area clean, and communicated well throughout the project. It’s hard to find someone today who combines old-school craftsmanship with such a strong work ethic.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about the quality of the finished product and treats your home like it’s his own, I highly recommend Walter. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I price jobs based on square footage, type of job, size of job, and what kind of service is desired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I contact my customer, set up a time for an estimate, to obtain all information to bid the job of the customer's needs. Then I send them an email with an itemized bid for work that they need to have done. When they decide to do the work, I place them on my schedule, having a contract signed before beginning the work. This, followed by completing the work to my customer's satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an education of my work based upon over 50 years of experience. I have done many different job tasks related to flooring over all of these years of experience
