Common Sense Home Inspection

Introduction: We are a locally owned and operated home inspection service; we have been in business since 2004. We are state licensed (#305), and a member of the local Better Business Bureau. Common Sense prides itself on professionalism and communication, and encourages client participation when possible. Every inspection includes a walk-around summary as, well as an e-mailed and hard copy report, with color pictures same day as the inspection. 48-hour radon testing is offered as well.
