- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting with a new client, we will establish the best steps to take to help them reach their goals. We monitor progress using InBody, a machine that gives us a map of how our bodies are made up (fat, muscle, water, etc). Using these results, along with measurements of endurance, strength and stamina, we are able to progress through programs to achieve the ultimate goals of each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of the trainers at A Personal Fit are certified Personal Trainers with an enphastnis on continuing education through classes, research and tests. We strive to keep up with the most current information in regards to functional fitness, strength and cardio options.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At A Personal Fit, we work with a diverse population. Our members come from all walks of life with a variety of fitness goals; from maintenance, to fat loss, strength and Iron man training, Body Building competitions as wells as endurance and agility training for sports competitions. Our members experience a supportive atmosphere as everyone is friendly and accepting of eachother!
